VANDA

DESCRIPTION
Variety with great field persistence over the years (over 5), particularly resistant to lodging even in adverse conditions. Exceptional cold resistance with great adaptability to different latitudes allows it to be sown from Northern Europe to Turkey (where it is registered as well). This variety has been for many years “Control variety” in the official list of the Swiss National Catalog. VANDA produces an excellent quality fodder, low in lignin content and with an average content of over 21.5% of protein.
